My directory works! but how to update to current version?

Hey I would really appreciate if someone helped me update to the latest version. I have the directory running on my website and works great. I am very satisfied with it. But I want to update to the newest version with out changing any category stracture or anything. Is that possible? I have the V2.0 version.

Then how do I do it?

Long time since I did it myself, but I think it is just about:

1) upload new files, you can overwrite basically everything except the files you have changed, and except include\config.php which stores your settings

2) run install.php which will upgrade the db if necessary

No guarantees though.
