Fatal Error : Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/html

I received this error daily when i browse directory.

That's not good now is it? :)

Please answer the following questions.

* What version are you running?
* Does PHP run under CGI on your host?
* What's the URL to your directory?

Running Latest Version ie. PHPLD_RC5.


Once again, it is working but when browse more than 1 minutes, again same errror. and Also, If I add more than 7 categories in admin section. Always directory down and giving fatal error.

What is the URL of your directory?
Do you want to PM someone your access, so we can take a look?

- When I edit the link in admin section. It is sure gives me this error.
- When I browse the directory. It will sometimes gives me this error.


Daily I am receiving this error. After this error. Directory down for appx 5 hrs

May I know the OS of your web server and the database (mySQL, MS SQL, etc) used?

What a support. I am really impressed. Daily my directory closed due to the fatal error. I done a very big mistake my using phplinkdirectory. Thankyou man for doing great job for free. If you don't want to support. You shouldn't give your product free with lot of bugs.

I think you are having more problems than most.
Did you ever grant anyone access to help you?

I think others will disagree about us offering this free product.

Anyways, we would be more inclined to help if your tone was more positive.

Grant access in admin section ?. You are most welcome.
Nobody asked me for access, only you are asking.

I am deeply apologize for all my words which I previously said. My users were complaining me that they are receiving errors.

I meant like FTP access, so we can troubleshoot.
MySQL could be helpful too.

I have only one user access rights which i can't share. I am thinking to shutdown the directory but Thanks for all of your replies David.
