All the pageranks show as N/A

I searched the forums, found tow posts relating to this issue:

1. someone posted there was an admin fix for this
2. another posted that the server IP might be banned from google

How do I find out the problem? The install is fine, their are no problems other than this.

I saw your directory. My first thought is your host is blocked from making PageRank checks. What version did you download?
How difficult would it be to test it on another host?

I downloaded the newest version, RC5.2

Im a webhost reseller, so I'm hosting it. Would purchasing another IP address and changing the nameserver IP cure this? Is there a way I can check myself to see if google is blocking pagerank checks, and are their any other penalties that may stem from being blocked?
