Control panel bugs?

Hi,

has anyone else had the same issues when trying to change features via control panel and they don't work:

- selecting to have no reciprical link displayed but still shows on form

- select to allow users to add meta tags to links submitted but doesn't show text box to allow this

I don't want to be fiddling around with code if it's meant to be controlled via control panel, maybe this is a bug that needs to be looked at?
