Box for choosing which type of link is not showing up

when you try to submit a link, the box at the top of submit.php where the 3 radio buttoms go for choosing which type of link (premium, etc.)... well its not showing up. I have RC5.2 on another site and it works fine... intalled the .78 from the beta site and I'm having this problem. Where should I start?

Hi mdvaldosta,

To make the payment options appear, you will have to:
(1) Enable Featured links
(2) Enable Payment
(3) At least key in a price for the featured links in the Payment screen.
