Installation redirects to itself?

This is kind of hard to explain. I installed phpLD on my own domain to see what it looked like. I liked it, so I installed it on the domain where I want to use it. I wanted this to be a separate installation with its own DB, so I just started anew with the installation instructions.

When I am at the welcome page with the list of requirements and the green check marks, I click "Next" and I get sent...back to the same page. This happens in Firefox and IE, whether it is in a subdomain or root (I want it in root), no matter what. How can I install phpLD? It went fine the last time so I'm not sure what's wrong now!

I was able to resolve this on my own by copying the files from the working location to the new location, and exporting the database from the working one to the new one. I then changed the database name in config.php and everything seems to be running smoothly in the new location now.
