How to upgrade PHPLD2 to PHPLD3

I have PHPLD 2 installed on one hosting and now I am trying to change the hosting and upgrade to PHPLD 3. At first I thought I could simply imprt tables from PHPLD2 but noticed that tables are different.

So how do I upgrade my directory?

You need to overwrite all files.
Run through the installer of phpLD 3.0+ and it will alter the DB and make proper changes.

And you need to make some changes to your template files (take a look at the default template files).
