e-mail problem?

I have latest release- i am having the e-mail problem where the sender (me) e-mail is blank- I see other's have had this problem- but in older version- was this fixed?? Is it me? What is best method to use sending e-mail?

I am having the same problem. It seems to be ok for the initial submission email as it says admin but for the approval email it has unkown sender and blank name....

how do we fix it??????
