Feature inquiry - different drilldowns

I'm looking for a directory product that will do the following. Does php ld do this?

The directory customers should be able to drill down by product or by region, e.g.,

Pets
Dogs
Dog Toys
New Hampshire
Manchester (or even a zip code map for radius searches)
Displays all stores selling dog toys in Manchester NH, USA or
all stores selling dog toys in that ZIP code radius

OR the customer could drill down as follows

New Hampshire
Manchester (or zip code map)
Pets
Dogs
Dog Toys
Displays all stores selling dog toys in Manchester NH, USA or
all stores selling dog toys in that ZIP code radius

for example look how i have this categorical structure setup

construction
..electrical
....florida
......orange county
........orlando
