looking for email-banning mod

Hello all you php-masters and coder-gurus:p

This is a mod Request for Version 3.06

I´m looking for a mod to ban mailaddresses...
It should be, that i could ban a single-adress like "idiot@dumbspammer.com"
but also it should ban a complete mailaddy like "*@dumbspammer.com"
This Mod should be working directly on submit page so that a submission with a banned mailadress is not possible.. And at last, the settings should be available in the admin-area

Someone out there who can code such a mod?
okay... , I´m a poor german directoryowner, without many paid submissions.. but im willing to pay for such a mod..

I tried it by myself, cause in the db there is already a field for emailbanning, but I´m not really able to do this
