I started Big3Post.com for people to list their blogs.

I need help to maximize this, I will help anyone that can help me set it up and tweak it. I can help anyone that wants to start blogging and will help them writing their posts for any topic they like just to help build my link directory.

I couldn't connect to the url. Anyway. What probably no one can help you (you are the blog expert, right) with, and is the most important part, is the categorization. Make good, innovatively named categories (not rehash of of other directories, well unless you want to go really big and don't have the time it takes to build own categories), and where possible, put the descriptions to them (again, unless you plan to have hundreds of them).
