Bulk Approval of Links & Transferring Directory

Have few questions about version 2.
1) Bulk Approval of Links
Does version 2 allow bulk/ mass approval of links? Instead of approval one by one which is time-consuming, is there a way to approval links in bulk in version 2? I cannot find any function in version 2 that allows that.

2) Transferring Directory to another hosting company
If we want to transfer the whole directory to another hosting company, do we just straight copy all folders/files over to the new hosting company?
Would that work or is there anything else we need to do to database files?

Would appreciate any help.

1. i believe someone made a MOD for that, but the free version does not have it built in.

2. yes. all files and the db.
