I have installed the latest phpLinkDirectory on Fedora 3. Looks like an EXCELLENT program!

Although I know the system has GD installed (2.0.28), the phpLD insataller doesn't recognise it and I can't do visual captcha ... I'm not game to release any system like this these days to the whims of spammers!

Any ideas where/how I can make phpLD see GD?

If i do a 'whereis gd' I get "/usr/include/gd.h"

Your PHP may not be configured to use GD. You can check by creating a file called phpinfo.php that contains the following code:

Content visible to registered users only.

...then upload to server, and call from the browser.
