are there other good quality article script out that can be purchased ?

Not saying David's is bad, I would just like to see all my options :)

I read that one article script will ping google and other SE after a article is submitted.. does the phpld one do this ?

I'd like to get a article script asap, I've already started building links for a site and I don't have the script I want yet :(

I don't know about this script sorry, i do know with phpLD v3.2 you can have articles in it and when you update your sitemap you can have it ping google and give info on how to "ping" yahoo to come crawl your site.

well first post, i'm sorry but it's just not good common curtoesy, you can try posting at webmasters forums or article forums about different article scripts, but posting on the article (or any other type) scripts forum asking about or for competitors....forgive me but that's a bit rude.

as for the log in for demo David will need to pm Loco.M that info

I don't know which mods would know about this script so they probably did over look this thread. And David has been rather busy as of late.

what are you wanting to know?
to add articles log into the admin in the left menu click on New article to create a new article or click on List Articles to show the articles you have or to edit them.

Articles, currently, can only be added by the admin and to categories...
there's a mod around that someone created to list the last 5 articles on the index page.
David's working on making the article mod work much like the directory, where people will be able to submit their articles much like the submit their links :)

The article mod do you copy the location of the article or is it a URL where the article is located similiar to a RSS feed. Also are photos able to be displayed?
