broken links (categories)

Hi!

I just ran a Link Check on my directory and it turns out, that more than half of the links to the categories/subcategories are broken.

Let me explain: the site ist perfectly navigable, and when clicking on categories I get there, but when I look at the scource code half of the links miss the folder where I installed the script in (www.fotolinx.de/fotografie/).

these links are "broken"
Content visible to registered users only.

Has anyone else experienced that?
Any help would be appreciated!

please help..

i did everything to make my site sef. and now it can not be crawled because of all those broken links....
