Smarty Error Help

Hi everyone,
I've uploaded the scripts to my website and when i try to access the Installer at my site to configure it i get this error message

It sounds like the file is either a.) uploaded incorrectly or b.) not uploaded at all.

Try to reupload the files and see if that sorts out your error.
