I see the email message where you can send a link exchange request. How can I let users exchange links on the site? Is this built in? Or is the link request only for admin? Thanks.

Yes, there is a "Submit Link" link on all pages.
Note: the next version of the software is due out in 2-3 days.

I see the ubmit link button, but what I mean is if a visitor comes to the site, and sees another submitted link on the site they might want to trade links with, can they contact eachother to swap links with eachother's site? Thanks.

Since the email field is captured when people submit links, it would be possible to add this feature to email for link exchange, but I think much planning would be needed, because it would be easy to abuse such a system. What do you think?
