Feedback on redesign

I've spent the better part of the weekend taking my directory (http://www.cyberbilt.com) apart and then putting it back together. Basically, I redesigned it from scratch and added the following features:

PR updater
Latest links (homepage)
Popular links (homepage)
Seo Tools Compliments of iwebtool.com
New Submit page
New Contact Page

I'm nearly finished and was hoping to get some thoughts or feedback from the forum.

It looks great.
I have only one suggestion: Make your navigation buttons stand out more. Maybe you can make them same style as search box or make give them stripes background in blue.
And yes, style that submit button on submit page.

Personally I like it I'm a little bias when it comes to font size a little too big for me :D But very nice I'm sure I could change the fonts and fall in love with it.

Thanks for the feedback/help! I've made all of the suggested changes with the exception of changing the nav buttons...not sure what to do there.
