Uploading a file

Hi

I am making a script that will allow me to upload an image and then add the file name to a db. I use this form:

Content visible to registered users only.

and then addsand.php has:

Content visible to registered users only.

when i upload it says :

Content visible to registered users only.

Can anyone help me out.
