Admin Email Template

If and where is the email template for the email sent to admin when a new link is submitted? Or, is it hardcoded in? I don't see this in the phpLD admin control panel, and I would like to edit the email format.

It appears to be hard-coded into one of the PHP files, but I have not have had the time to search for it.
