i can`t see my categories and subcategories

Hi there, my site is 999pro.com , i have a problem y can`t see when i enter a categories, doesn`t show the subcategories, how i do that?
sorry i`m very new on this.., i put on all the categories and sbucategories, and some links, but when por example i link on catgorie Automotive, i cant`t see the sub categories, and when i link on a subcategories i can`t see the links.
if i use latest links or top hits, i can see the all links.
can you help me??
