Import from other directory format?

I have a biz-directory free script directory I'd like to import into phplinkdirectory.

Could you please advise if this would be particularly difficult, and how I can achieve this? I have little experience with databases.

I have nothing against the biz-directory script - I think Javier does a great job - but I have an established directory I'd like to move over to phplinkdirectory instead.

Any comments/recommendations most welcome.

I can get this done for you. We have done this for people in the past.
