So i just installed PHP Link Directory but i dont know how to get my own layout incorporated with the design. Plz help.

Though I could probably write a short book about that topic, to answer your question simply, the three files you'll need to look at are the main.css file, the header.tpl file and the footer.tpl file. If you just wanna change some colors and add your own banner, that's it.

You might also find the new tableless template (http://kickasswebdesign.com/wordpress/2005/09/a-phpld-tableless-template-for-download/) easier to work with since it has half as much source code to wade through.
