Hi, im fuser from Phpld Owners (www.phpldowners.com) and i would recommend you to sell it for a higher price but with full rights or with a link back to your site. People are tired of the same designs on every directory so they are looking for unique or custom made designs. Maybe you could sell the template once so the buyer would have a custom made design.
Im telling you this because i saw better templates that are free and custom made are a lot more expensive so selling it once will give you more money and more people interested..

Thanks for advice but I will take my chances. With hundreds of new directories popping out everyday, I dont think you will notice a few of them having similar templates. I am not going to tell anyone how I run my business, so lets just stick to the sales thread, not a discussion.
