PLD_CONFIG help !

I want the value of the row "SITE_NAME" in the table "PLD_CONFIG" to be Printed out how can I print out that field on the main template or echo out the SITE_NAME field

It's defined as "SITE_NAME" So in the PHP that has the ini.php included you can

Or in a template you can
Content visible to registered users only.
