decline link with message

Would be nice if you were able to decline a link and add a special message which tells why they were declined.

Have to agree. Right now I'm emailing if I have a viable mail addy, to let someone know why the link isn't appearing, but that's a whack-around, and an included function would be much preferable....

I use a generic decline message which says something along the lines of "I regret to inform you that your site does not currently meet the criteria for inclusion in our directory".

What would be nice, though, would be a way to select from two or more emails to be sent when a link is declined or approved.

For example, if I set up two emails -- one that says "site under cinstruction or incomplete" and anotjher that says "subject matter does not match the directory content" -- it would be great if on rejecting the site I could select which rejection letterto be sent to the submitter.
