Inserting Graphic Logo

Can there be MOD made for inserting a graphic logo on the top right or left of the header. Could there be a upload field put some where in the admin.

Normally this wouldn't be placed in a mod.

I managed to insert my companies logo top left but am wondering how I can get the name of the Directory Top left. There is some script in this local already and I don't want to mess with anything I shouldn't.
