Turning off notification when new link is submitted

My website alwats mails me when new link are submitted.
If been seaching like crazy, but I havn't found the answer.
How can one turn this of?

Hi info,

To turn off submission notification, log into your admin control panel and go to System -> Profile. Untick the checkbox that says Link Submit Notification
