How to update MSN thumbnails?

Does anyone know how to make msn update their thumbnails? I've been told that a few of my listings their thumbnails aren't current....i ran a google on it but came up empty handed

MSN thumbnails update in their own, slow, time. So I'm afraid you just have to wait until MSN updates them themselves.

that would take you quite a while to ask for thumbnail update if you have 2-3k links in your directory, lol

That is true :) It was similar when Alexa thumbs were free too... I am not aware of a "bulk-update" per se. But if you only have a few to update, it's not so bad. Last time I did an update here, it took about 12 hours, that's not horrible.
