Please make sure that the folder /usr/home/boefitg5/public_html/directory/temp/templates is writtable by the user the webserver runs under.

You need to chmod that folder.
If you don't know what "chmod" means, search for it on Google.
You'll need an ftp program like SmartFTP

If you have a cPanel or something similar on your host server, you can change permissions on files and folders ("chmod") through the cPanel file manager.
