if you have cpanel access log in and go to your database and login to phpMyAdmin, or whatever you use
in your directory's database find and view PLD_USER
you're user name is listed there, the password seems to be encrypted, so sorry someone else will have to answer that part....
[edit] you may be able to change the password from here....

What version are you running?
I think he is asking about the article script.
The answer is to go into phpmyadmin and look for the users table and then browse and change the values.

The password is stored in an MD5 hash if I'm not mistaken. If you run through the installer again, you can choose another or reset it.
