Multi-language front view

Hi

Is it possible to make one whole directory with multiple front pages in a different languages and domains?

Example:
One directory database and one hosting

Front pages:
german domain with gernan language

french domain with french language

italian domain with italian language

Links can be avaible in several language or only in one etc.

On the front pages, there can be Links, which don't exist in an other language.
