Using gmail

Hi,

I tried submitting a link through my submit page using a gmail.com address for the email and didnt receive the notification/s. I'm wondering if certain free emails don't work with phpLD? Anyone noticed anything similar?

I'm using the latest version of phpLD and my notifications are set up correctly, it works perfectly for other email addresses I have tried. I know I can add sites through the admin, but just wanted to check if this is just gmail related or if anyone else has tried any other free emails and it doesnt work with them either. Just curious why the notifications wouldn't work with gmail.

Any thoughts?
