Default Permissions

So far I've got the directory installed according to installation files. But, when I log into admin I get this error...

Configuration file is still writeable by the user the webserver runs under. This poses a major security risk, please drop writing permissions for include/config.php file immediately!

I have that file chmod'd to 644. What should it be???

Appreciate some help!

Cindy

Dear Friends
As defined variables, because the browser communicates these errors
Undefined variable _SERVER
Undefined variable _ENV
in include/client_info.php
line 107, 119, 125, 127, 130, 132, 139
Parse error include/config.php

line 55
fatal error call to undefined function version_compare() in include/tables.php
line 45
