Compatible with PHPLD 3.4 ???

I'm installing LD3.4 and your site says this is compatible with it.
What I need to know is:

Are there any special instructions I need to know to make this install share user permissions (log ins) ? I presume ( like Duh) I would install this in a separate directory from PHPLD ?

Any little quirks I should know of ?

My server is :
Apache version 2.2.8 (Unix)
PHP version 5.2.6
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
Architecture i686
cPanel 11.24. WHM 11.24
Operating system CENTOS 4.7 i686
Kernel version 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp

You can link the user databses. I will let James or someone help out there though. I am not too sure what you mean by compatible with 3.4. it works well with 3.3 as seen here www.mmastation.com ( site is down at the moment i think )

I was talking about the latest version of phpLD which is phpLD 3.4

We've done this for people in the past. It may take like an hour or two to sync the databases (depending on how you want to do it), but if you want to get idea, post what you are needing here:

Shoot I was kind of hoping it was something I could do myself or learn to. However I take it then it is a complicated procedure ?
