New feature added to Site Ads/Banners Mod:

Admin can now specify the amount of impressions they wish to show any ad or banner on site. After this target is reached, the ad will no longer show. Please see first post for full details.

ADVANCED TOOL TIPS, Is a great MOD, I got the instructions from Bruce and they are easy to follow! I also had him install the EXTRA LINK OPTIONS and he set it up as the Category Sponsor for me, great feature and I also have the PAGE COUNTER on the site that I sponsored so everyone could get it for free . My advice is, let Bruce install any MOD that he offers the service for and save yourself a lot of time and maybe some trouble.

Bruelo (Bruce) just added ANOTHER mod to my highly mod-ed up site *conejovalley411.com*, and not only do they all work as promised, they work well WITH each other. Nice to have someone who understands not only his mods, but the basic PHPLD script inside and out.

This is actually the reason I switched from my previous PHPMD (phpmydirectory) site to PHPLD! Little forum support, and zero or expensive helpdesk support.

I just bought my PHPLD a week ago,
i have been playing with the widgets, and reading a lot, and trying mods..
But i am not a php programmer only now some html, so it is going slowly but getting there
But this list is very, very impressive!

There should be a "Masters of PHPLD"! i will vote for you!

hi again,

i have a question, i was browsing your mods, and went too your sites too check them out, i noticed you had events on one of them.
i am looking for a sort of calander mod.
i want to show upcomming events on my site.
(phpld 4.0)

It can be on a seperate page, with a widget like module to show the next events on the frontpage, on the seperate page a calander so you can click on a date with an event.
And be able to have an admin panel to control those events.
put new events on the calander/delete, and a function like automatic not showing after a specific date, not delete but inactive, (so yearly events just take a switch off date, to show again!)

Do you have such a mod?

or am i asking too much?

I did start work in such a mod, but ended up shelving it as I had too much else going on. Will probably revisit it in a few weeks, when hopefully the project I am working on right now will be finished.

The events you see on my site is nothing more than category and a simple mod to just pull listings in that category.

Email Ads Mod updated to allow both HTML and Plaintext versions of Email ads for directories also with the Multipart Emails mod installed.

Please note that all my mods are currenly undergoing compatibility tests for v4.1 of phpLD. I will post here and in each individual mod thread when the have been confirmed as compatible.

A few of the mods do need major rewrites, so it may be some time, but as and when they become available, everyone who bought previous versions for self-install will be able to request the updated version for free.

This will need to be done via PM. In most cases, I will be able to confim you purchased a mod from your phpLD user name, but in order to speed the process up, please provide an approximate date for the original purhase and transaction ID if possible.
