classifieds directory purchased 7 months ago not reflected in my account....

Hi,

7 months ago, I took up the wso offer by James and purchased the classifeds directory under a special arrangement whereby I had to subscribed to ARvixe hosting for 6 months. James then installed the classifieds directory for me on that account which has since expired and closed last May.
Now, checking my existing account (purchase of phpld link directory), there's no refund and there's no classifieds directory added into my account.

Just to bring to your attention and requesting your utmost attention and assistance to help resolved the above matter so that I can proceed to purchase your other product utilizing the refund amount and to top up any difference where necessary and have closure on this matter.

I know six months is quite a long time and that's why I am initiating this notification and hope that James can help to resolve this as soon as possible.

Your kind assistance and guidance on how best to resolve the above, would be much appreciated.

I think just your downloads may have been hidden due to inactivity but I do see the download now and it should be working fine.

Also, you had expressed that you wanted a second product. You know have phpLD and phpLD Classified in your account.

I could use the refund to purchase your premium widgets or modules on sale here or at least it would be appropriate to reflect this refund amount in my existing account as well.... for future purchase offset or for refund whichever the case. Refund was what the then initial offer stated. In any case, your acknowledgement of this refund amount is necessary if it's not going to be reflected in my account.
