buy license 1 active and 1 for development purpose

Hi,
if i buy a php directory license [$80], can i use for the following purpose.

1) for directory / article submission [ as normal]
2) for my content writes to write contents for me. [ this is for development purpose]

can one active license cover both.

please advise.

If it is not publicly accessible and the folder name is PHPLD_TEST, then that is typically not a problem. We don't have a problem with honest people doing dev work, but if it is publicly accessible, you could very well find yourself facing a DMCA notice, so please take care to follow the rules.
