Penguins taste like chicken I hear... Okay, I'm done with the questions. Just got really excited with the prospect of 3.3 coming out soon and it having all the mods that I want. The only thing that is aggrivating is that it has taken me a month to get used to this software and to "somewhat" learn how to start modifying it and blah, now all the features that I have modified are standard in the new version rofl... Guess before I start working on 3.3 I should just wait for verison 4.0 to come out, cause by the time I learn how to modify it the next version will be out rofl...

Ha modifying will be the same essentially there is a lot of code included in this release and some things are net even mentioned yet

Questions are good I am just tired and grouchy plus I crashed the database on testing something for the beta and probably lost a good half day or so of pms for people with a corrupted table ... I did a repair and know I lost some anyway woohoo

Anyway ask away I like poking fun back and FYI penguins do not taste like chicken

Can't wait till the final version rolls out. But i am going to be patient for the template i am using and additional mods i have installed to be updated or ok'd by coder to use in the new version. (Just don't want strange errors popping up)

But new version has everything i think i can use to better my directory in the future. The previews look great David.

One Question: Is it possible to work with a "user registration" for submitting articles but not for the normal directory?

Yes, that is correct. You can require user registration for articles, but not links. You can also require registration for article comments or ratings (or not).

Sounds great but i notice 1 thing missing from the list i was hoping for and that is to create different/more listing options without the need for a mod ? Is this included at all ?

One thing that I will promise is the next version of phpLD will not take as long as this one did, so we will be immediately starting into a 3.4 as soon as 3.3 goes final.

Hi! Sorry for my poor english... but this update looks really nice!

I purchased PHPLD but did not install it yet. I have two wishes:

1) I would like to let users add (upload) a picture to their link submissions. Will it be possible in this new version?

2) Google Maps is a nice improvement. Adding this feature in each website's details page is quite a good idea but what do you think about adding such a map into the top categories? --> When a visitor get into a category, he will see a big map with little points linking to all sites listed in this category. THIS would be very useful!
