A few more questions

1. Can we add a paragraph or so above opening directory on the home page? How easy is it to do this?
2. Does PHP Ld support hierarchical listings so that for instance if we have a directory for the Pacific Northwest, on the opening page someone can select "Vancouver" and then view various biz categories for Vancouver etc.

1. If you mean easily added via the admin yes. There is a field for content to be shown on the home page that is editable via a rich text editor.
2. Yes. It is based on Top (parent categories) and then sub-categories that you enter under it. So if you just have a Vancouver category then all listings submitted to it will be listed and you do have the option of 'fine tuning' it even more by have other categories under Vancouver.

In addition to the link for a particular business, can we have address, phone number etc>?

Yes you have the option of enabling those fields and it will also show a google map for the listing.
