This release makes the updater workflow clearer for site administrators.

Changes

• Shows updates as Step 1 Download package and Step 2 Apply update.
• Disables the Apply button until the matching package has been downloaded.
• Adds an on-page progress message and elapsed timer while download or apply requests are running.
• Improves the missing-package error message.
