Claim Listing Mod

Some of the DNA refugees (Directory Network Association) loved this mod when it was running on phpLD 3.4, so we have now upgraded it to run on phpLD 4.0. Here is a little information about what it does...

Let's make the assumption that you in some way imported hundreds or thousands of business listings or links into your directory. Next you want to have a method to let owners of these sites or businesses "Claim This Listing" and upgrade to a higher package where there link would be featured or have deep links or be in multiple categories.  This mod does just that. You are welcome to download it from the link at the right.

And below are a few notes from Jon about his thoughts the changes he made since the 3.4 version:

I started thinking about how the owner's email could be displayed on a claimed link so I added a condition for claimed links so that a message displays if the link is already claimed. Also if the link is already claimed and the person navigating to that URL is not the owner of the link then the "Hidden for Privacy" text shows up instead of the owner's email as before.

Changes:

Removed extra escaping of owner link (owner link displayed HTML on screen, instead of link)

Email of link owner doesn't show if user isn't who is logged in. (Hidden for Privacy text was showing up for owner trying to claim link.)
Changed paypal to production url instead of sandbox
Fixed an issue with the smarty form being disconnected on an error condition

Good luck with the mod!
