Compiles a list of all categories and subcategories, and then assembles a list of category/subcategory-specific lines compatible with 'Tigra Tree Menu'. You just have to copy and paste the script output to your 'Tigra Tree Menu' tree_items.js file. Then add provided lines to the phpLD template file where you want the 'Tigra Tree Menu' to appear.
