Hello all,
My first post here and very new to PHPLD. Haven't even modified the default templates yet.
1. I read in the features list and on several threads about reciprocal link validation, but I have not seen the following question answer explicitly:
Does PHPLD validate that the reciprocal link in fact links back to my directory as a user on the linking site would expect it to? Meaning, there are no "NOFOLLOW" attributes, no special nofollow equivalents in .htaccess, etc.?
2. This one is a little longer ...
For the sake of argument, let's say I have the domain www .example.com and my directory lives at www .example.com/directory.
I have a network of sites, sports.example.com, travel.example.com, and business.example.com. And for ease of maintenance, I decide as I said to host my network's directory at www .example.com/directory rather than maintain a separate niche directory for each subdomain.
Within the directory I have the categories sports, travel, and business.
I'd like to have a way that when someone submits a link under the sports category, they're required to link back to sports.example.com; a submission under business requires a link back to business.example.com; and so on.
PHPLD should be able to do reciprocal link validation (and whatever else is affected by such a mod) on multiple reciprocal links.
In short, can PHPLD handle different reciprocal links by category?
Thank you in advance.
