Hi I want to translate my phpLD into Czech language Im new into this program and I need any advice how to do this ...

I tried just to take en.php and translate it into czech language but if I try to do this czech characters ěščřžýá**censored**é are displayed like �������:

Is there any possiblity how to translate this superb atabase into czech ? I foun that in config.php is coding UTF-8 which works well for me in IPB etc...

What if you replace UTF-8 with the charset of czech? I don't really know wich that is, probably ISO-8859-2.

Hi I tried to set car set as you said yes there is little more improovement but still im getting ěščřžýá**censored**éůú there is š insted of š and ž .... is there any other way how to fix this ? Thank you for your help

HI ta all in my site http://www.dobreblogy.cz/ is everything fixed now. Exept of catgories which seems to be still in another encoding ... now is there ancoding UTF-8

Have anybody Idea how to fix chracters there now it looks like : Cestovánà insted of Cestován**censored**

Make sure you also use the same encoding in your HTML header (header.tpl)

I have encoding UTF-8 which choose Malfel. It is as you saying RSS inport and everything is OK but catgories names are broken. ěščřžýáÃéůú insted of ěščřžýá**censored**éúů

You should to translate in "special" editor for example PSPad and set charset- UTF-8. I have similar problom with translation (some text in wordpress).

Czech> Hele nevim, jak ti přesně pomoct, ale kdy jsem takhle překldal nějak pluginy do wordpressu, tak mi stačilo to dělat v PSpadu a tam mt nastavenej charset a u mi to ty znaky nehzelo. Ale kdy jsem to dělal třeba v poznmkovym bloku tak jo. Triviln rada, ale třeba pomůe.
