[Screenshot] Improved Captcha in 3.0

I thought you would like to see the new Captcha that will be in 3.0. It works with GD1 and GD2, and with or without Free Type.

You can see there are multiple configuration options including:
Distortion Level: non, low, medium, high, extreme
Phrase Length: 4, 5, 6, 7
Phrase Type: Alpabetical, Numerical, Alphanumerical

Also, in the code it will be possible to change the fonts a little more easily.
