Installation - countries_usa.sql

I had no problems with the basic install, but then I had no countries, states or cities.

I ended up importing the countries_usa.sql file using phpmyadmin. Seemed to work fine, and now I have the countries etc.

I was just wondering why there is no mention of this sql file in the install instructions.
