Before I was involved with directories heavily, I had a lot of forums. Many of them are not very active today, but I have few that are pretty strong. My largest forum is www.dance-forums.com (http://www.dance-forums.com).
I was curious if any of you have forums, and if so, I hope you will share the address here.

I have a forum which is only 1.5 months old and already PR5 ;)
It currently gets about 300 visitors a day which is good. Not that many people actually posting, but this is partly due to the development application called "Delphi for PHP" which the forum is about is new (only released at the end of March)...

I also have a few but this is the one i play on the most NSRA I recently start working on this one but i have no visitors lol Anguilla Travel Guide

I had an advice forum for adults...it lasted almost 2 years before it died...
I do have a forum now, it's still new....it's a fan site so not many people have joined yet due to the fact that unfortunately most other of these were closed abruptly or abandoned by their owners....but me i'm in it for the long haul lol whether it's profitable or not lmfao

I have one niche forum very new, but it will get busy. It's about my hometown - I just want to create a community with the same people I grew up to share our experience in the USA and keep up with current news in my hometown.
Any advice? How did you start your forum? I want to create one more, but I need some tips to get started.

Wow!!!
I'm impressed. :)
Once when I was young  together with my wife (still have the same) we also dance some of it. Best I loved what we call 'English' waltz.

It doesn't have the activity I want, but I think it's got a good foundation to build upon.

Well I have about 82 websites out there and some have forums and others do not...
My latest forum is a subscription forum that you can see here (http://www.9covers.com)....Unfortunately I spent way to much time getting this one ready and not near enough on SEO which brings me here looking for a new link script....
This forum has been up for only six months and is starting to get a lot of traffic...Hopefully more after I get it ranked higher....

I signed up at your site shortly after you started it and to see how it looks now, I have to say. Very good job :) I like the new look over the one that was up when I last visited.
I have a few forums
vBulletin Setup (http://www.vbulletinsetup.com)
and
{no longer a forum - removed} (we're still working on this one)
and I mod or administrate on a dozen other vbulletin forums as well :)
