Always redirect to Adobe Flash Player Sites

Hi, while waiting for my access to supports forum.. I need help now.. when i click on the next button on www.xxxxx.com/install.. it always redirect me to install the flash player (even though I've downloaded it and installed the flash player) .. Anyone have similiar situations.. thanks.
