Do you need permission?

Hi all,

Just wondering if you need to get permission from the publisher to add a feed?
Or is it ok to use any because your not displaying the whole artical and you have a link to the site??

Some publishers do have Terms of Service regarding feeds, so it is good to research before putting them up.
